Great Staff!!
reviewed on: 03/06/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints of my tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and where very friendly to my father and I. They gave us a very detailed tour of there facility and made sure to answer and questions that we had for them in detail. All of the residents looked happy and content in there living environment which was pleasant to see. It was just not the right fit for my dad and we ended up choosing a different place for him.
Very Caring and Dedicated Staff

This team who is not with Waterford Estates was horrible. The Head of Nursing was horrible, not around, hard to get a hold of, and wouldn't show up on time.. The Waterford Estates was great, and the staff were wonderful. There were a lot of activities available for the residents to choose from to be able participate in.
Great fit for my brother
reviewed on: 10/14/2020 by AnonymousMy brother really likes it here, they have been extremely helpful with all of his needs. Some staff have gone above and beyond. He moved from out of state so they helped me furnish his room. They offer temporary furnished rooms until their permanent room is ready which was great. They are very welcoming and helping us get his settled. My favorite part about the community so far has been how easy they made the transition. I would recommend the community.

She likes alot of the activiites that are offered. We are please with the care of this community and the value for her care.

They do a very good job with keeping everything well maintained. My mother room is always nice and clean when I visit. They offer activities, she has gone to a church service. She is pleased with the food. I'am comfortable with the type of care they are providing her. I would recommend it.
