It was extra for each thing, and then a level of care on top of that. It was just too expensive we were looking for something more all inclusive.
Great fit for my brother

He moved from out of state so they helped me furnish his room. They offer temporary furnished rooms until their permanent room is ready which was great. They are very welcoming and helping us get his settled. My favorite part about the community so far has been how easy they made the transition. I would recommend the community.

Waterford Estates has given our family peace of mind

The staff here is very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. When my mom was still able to travel, Waterford offered a bus that would take her to the drug store, grocery store, bank, etc. It gave her a sense of freedom and independence that made both of us feel better. The staff knows our family on sight and always greets us with a smile. I have peace of mind, knowing that help is near if Mom should need it.
