Mom's heart was warmed
reviewed on: 03/27/2015 by Tess MulrooneyMom spent two weeks here in respite care before a granddaughter's visit and continuing to look for a more permanent solution. When I checked her out at the end of two weeks, Mom gave me a long hug and thanked me for letting her stay there. On a follow-up visit today, we looked at another facility, and Mom could only say that she wants to return here if the new place was her only other option. Mom's sister was also along today. Her reaction at seeing the new place was to burst into tears. When we visited her afterwards, she lit up and said that she could see Mom living here quite happily. The director told me that Mom fit in quite nicely with the others and enjoyed helping out as she could. Playing bingo master for chocolates was a favorite past-time.

Bed Bugs Beware!!

Knowledgeable Tour Guide!!
reviewed on: 09/06/2016 by AnonymousI did not like that the community was very dark. The atmosphere didn't provide that warm family feeling i wanted to feel. The staff that i did meet they were all nice and attentive to my needs. There was a beautician on site and activities offered. I didn't like that my mother would have to be sharing a room and bathroom. The community was also not very clean.
