BROOKDALE IS AMAZING
reviewed on: 01/09/2019 by Patti EbbenI have multiple sclerosis. It has progressed over the years. So, I've lived in 4 different facilities. Some are too expensive. Some are understaffed Some are too big. Some are poorly organized and badly run. Some have good chefs in kitchen. Some order only processed food. Some have young caregivers with dangerously limited experience. Some have highly skilled professionals. BROOKDALE of Appleton Senior Living is all of the best. Fun activities, residents council involved, hair care, bus trips, delicious nutritious food, organized management, skilled staff. I love it here!

They sometimes aren't able to answer the phone but are quick to return calls. I would recommend this community to others

reviewed on: 02/28/2016 by AnonymousVery nice facility with 3 meals and many activities and an enclosed outdoor patio even a secure outdoor patio for the memory care unit. Larger facility with about 60 residents. Nice-sized apartment rooms with closet storage full bath shower kitchenette. Memory care has smaller rooms 11x11.

It's truly amazing. He's happy, hungry, participates in activities and more. I'm really happy for my Dad knowing that he is getting superior care. Emeritus should be a guideline for all other memory care facilities. The best ever. 5 stars is not enough, at least 10 stars.
