Great facility
reviewed on: 03/21/2016 by AnonymousMy Step-Dad is doing fine at Cascade Inn. It's a great facility, I like it. It feels kind of like a mini town. There's seperate areas to do the activities, restaurant, movie theater, gathering area, workout room. The staff is friendly, I've had no problem with them. He enjoys the food. The only thing is it feels a little dated, but that's not a complaint though.
Great overall facility
reviewed on: 11/19/2018 by AnonymousCascade Inn has done a beautiful renovation in major areas of the facility. Overall very nice staff, very helpful & clean throughout. My Mom has only been there for a couple months but seems quite content after living 30 yrs. in her own home. I would recommend this facility :))
Not Modern Enough
reviewed on: 03/20/2017 by AnonymousIt was not a good tour for me. It felt like a hard sell and I didn't like hearing assumptions like "She would like the decor here." It wasn't a modern place that I had hoped and they allowed pets. It looked a little shabby so this was not going to work out for us.
We are quite happy with them.
reviewed on: 04/08/2015 by AnonymousWe are quite happy with them. I don't have any major concerns or complaints. I don't give anyone a five, but I would give them a four.
Whats going on with the kitchen????
reviewed on: 12/04/2019 by AnonymousI must say the people that run this are very nice and helpful however the food leaves a lot to be desired. The menu has not changed for 4 months, The food in the past has always been very good but lately it's terrible. When one orders a fish and baked potato and the potato comes on the plate with black hard skin that cracks like glass when you try to cut it and the coleslaw was forgotten when I asked for it it came to the table cabbage and no dressing on it we were told the cake was lemon and it was banana. My Mothers dinner looked terrible the ham looked okay her potato looked just like mine because she was suppose to have mashed but there were no mashed potatoes that night and the yams slapped on her plate were terrible. The food is included in the price and I don't know what's going on but it needs a lot of improvement.
