Hope it gets better
reviewed on: 08/22/2013 by AnonymousThey have been making a lot of mistakes and there seems to be a lot of issues going on. I just don't feel that my loved one is safe. They have had equipment failures and seems like the biggest problem is a lack of communication between the staff. The food here is not great and our loved one does not like it here.

reviewed on: 12/30/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerVisited 5/28/2010. Dogs allowed. Internet may be free as in Tacoma, but on edge. No air conditioning in the room, only in the hallway on the top floor. Residents seem to be comfortable, enjoy the staff and living there. Staff were very casually dressed which seemed to fit. No kitchens, but they provide a small refrigerator and microwave. Amenities only seemed to exclude telephone. Building needs significant upgrading inside and out. I was surprised to see that director supplied a two page list of additional places in Tacoma to visit.
I would recommend this community

Best Place to Call Home
reviewed on: 02/28/2021 by Jim TI am so happy to live at The Village. It is 100% better than the last senior community I lived at. I appreciate the warm, fresh, tasty, homecooked meals that are made daily. They keep up our building and there is always hot water when I shower. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you to everyone that helps keep our place running.
