Community Reviews
Tour for care
reviewed on: 03/31/2017 by AnonymousWe toured this community for care for my father. We did not like that some of the residents were not attended too like they should be. the community was clean, but small construction was going on at this time. The variety on the menu seems to be appealing. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.
They have handled my Mom well
reviewed on: 11/07/2015 by AnonymousThey have handled my Mom very well. She is really happy there and has met a lot of friends. When I take her shopping she can't wait to get back.
Just not right
reviewed on: 10/27/2017 by AnonymousMy sister and I toured this community for my mom and I really liked it. The director was really accommodating and made sure we saw everything. It was clean and the setup of the rooms we just didn't like. It felt inviting and I liked the calendar of things the'd do daily and also the lunch menu too. The location was just to far and we had to go to another community. I would recommend them.
They seem to meet all of my expectations.
reviewed on: 03/24/2014 by Mike K.We are pretty happy with them. They seem to meet all of my expectations. The staff is friendly and it is clean. We haven't had really any problems or concerns. So far they have been pretty quick to respond to any questions or anything that has come up so far. The parking can get a little congested, but there are a lot of visitors which is nice.
My experience
reviewed on: 02/06/2019 by MelodyHello, I usually don't write reviews, but this has been bothering me for a while. My dad was at the Coventry Assisted living memory care unit. The place had large rooms and a good sales person who made it seem safe, clean and had a lot of included extras when it came to care. A few weeks into my dads stay I noticed he wasn't clean, had not eaten, food was left in his room sometimes for days. He wandered around aimlessly with nothing to do as the activities were terrible! Not engaging at all. I tried to speak with the executive director who's name was Julie Black, when I called I was told she was busy, when I went to see her in her office, the door was shut and I was told she was busy by the receptionist. I talked with a few staff that said the place had taken a nose dive since the new director was there, they also said they were trying to find another place to work as no one is helping them to do their job or training them. They never have enough help and i was told they dont make hardly anything. How can anyone get good care with an environment like that? I since moved my father as I didn't feel safe, or cared about! I would not recommend this facility sadly,
