Community Reviews
A great place for mom
reviewed on: 03/23/2021 by Stephanie MThe community is very clean and caring. They take good care of the residence, and I like everything about it. They do lots of activities and my loved one is happy as can be. I would recommend the community to others.
Staff doesn't seem to be aware of the residents
reviewed on: 11/09/2017 by AnonymousMy husband was only here for about a month before he passed so my experience was limited but when he was there, there were a few things that I noticed. The food was not very good, at all. The staff and employees seemed nice and attentive but it also felt like the people that worked there were not very aware of their residents and the attention that they needed. The cleanliness of the facility was pretty good and felt like they were keeping on top of it.
Pleasant Tour of This Community
reviewed on: 11/02/2016 by AnonymousWe had a pretty good tour of this community. It was a good experience, and everything went well. The community looked nice, everything appeared to be well-kept. The staff was kind and informative. Everybody was very welcoming, They treated my husband and I very well.
Bigger community!!
reviewed on: 07/10/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer questions we had for them in detail. The only problem I had is that my mother has memory loss and I thought the bigger facility might be a little to overwhelming for her.
excellent staff
reviewed on: 11/21/2014 by AnonymousThe staff at Emeritus at Salt Lake City are just excellent. I really just love the people. They have recently transitioned ownership (Emeritus is now owned by Brookdale) and there have been a few changes that has brought along, not all of which have been positive. For one, the food is not as good now as it used to be, and it takes a while for mom to get her meal. That really is the only area of improvement I have noticed though. Overall they are excellent and we are satisfied.
