They were able to identify a care issue that our loved one needed and they proactively took care of it. The community is nicely kept and well maintained. The community is clean throughout.

reviewed on: 04/22/2017 by Michael Compianstaff is friendly any problems or concerns I have had are addressed right away and a answer is always given, the place is always clean and my dad was leary about moving to assisted living but they have made him feel very welcome and I am thankful for that. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a friendly environment for there loved ones

We really like the fact that they are pet friendly so our loved one was able to bring her cat. Most of the staff members are very friendly, the cleanliness is good but sometimes our loved one wets herself so we do wish they would do a rinse off more often but we do understand they get busy and have to take turns. Our loved one is gaining weight so we assume the meals are very good there, she is doing 100% better at Grandview.

reviewed on: 04/10/2016 by AnonymousI really like Lakeside for my 92 year old Dad. The facility is very clean and the caregivers try to be accomadating. The activities appear to be very appropriate for the residents. Though we had some concerns when he first moved there we found the staff willing to listen and explain the area of concern. This is an all inclusive facility so there are sometimes questions regarding care responsibilities. My dad has improved significantly since moving here and we are satisfied with his arrangements.
