Needs some improvement
reviewed on: 10/27/2021 by anonymousI do not feel like my loved one is getting the care that he should be getting. He has only been here a short time but they have yet to sit down with me and go over his care plan. I think that the staff members could improve on their communication with each other, but they do seem to be trying. The residents that I do see when I go in seem to be happy and they have a good amount of activities provided for them. I would just tell others to make sure to be an advocate for your loved ones.

reviewed on: 01/30/2016 by Carol LowryMy brother is living there. He recently had surgery at Baylor Irving. When I got him in his room he said he was so glad to be in his room. He is 75 years old and never wanted to leave his home 450 miles away. It's so rewarding that he feels like this is his home. What a great feeling for me to see him happy. 5 stars.

When a new person comes in some of the residents get a little picky about where they sit for meals, and it might be helpful, if they would introduce a new resident to one or two people they might be able to sit with and get to know.
