Community Reviews
I would recommend at least checking out this community.
reviewed on: 03/29/2017 by AnonymousThe staff are friendly and encouraging. Mom does enjoy participating in some of the daily activities. She does not always like the food and sometimes it takes a long time to get the food. I think they are understaffed in the kitchen and dining room areas. The community is clean and mom likes that there is a patio on the backside of her apartment.

My moms new home
reviewed on: 04/01/2015 by Wayne HayesMy mother has only been there for 16 days, and l have been happy with her care. The staff has been very caring and friendly to my mom and she seems to be happy and content. The Executive Director Chris Morrison worked with me to make my moms placement affordable.I would recommend them to anyone for their loved ones.

reviewed on: 03/04/2014 by D BOur experience here has been good, overall. For the most part the employees are very friendly, the administration, receptionist, and chef in particular. The aides in the memory care area aren't quite as friendly, and I wish they'd give them a little coaching on that. It's a nice looking facility, and they do a good job of keeping it clean. They also have a good variety of activities. I've had some issues with the care, just general daily tasks that I've had to remind them to do, which I really shouldn't have to do. Overall the environment is very homey and warm, and I feel safe with my loved one here.
It's been sort of average for us so far.
reviewed on: 03/18/2016 by AnonymousIt's been sort of average for us so far. It's beautiful, but I definitely have concerns. We have had several issues with the medication distributions. There have been issues with the room, and after reporting it several times, it is finally fixed. The food is awful. One of the things we noticed when we toured, was that the residents seem very non-expressive. They have addressed my concerns, and are working on it, but it hasn't been very smooth so far. I liked the location for us, and how easy it is to get there, and my loved one seems determined to make it work.
