NEW RESIDENTS ARE ASSIGNED A "RESIDENT BUDDY" to introduce them to the community their 1st mo; high staff involvement with them also the first mo.
Sunrise is the largest provider of senior services in the nation and has great resources; each employee has special training for working w/srs.
Home-like atmosphere w/emphasis on customer service; high staffing ratio, high standards; always have 3 people in AZ and 3 in AL at night; designated care mgrs for ea/resident.
