Comfort for dad!!
reviewed on: 05/24/2017 by AnonymousMy father is doing as well as to be expected. I like it and he really seems to as well. They are taking good care of him and they call me every time he falls. The nurses and staff are very good, they are honest and follow up with anything that my father may need.
Beautiful and inviting
reviewed on: 02/13/2020 by Chris NeeseI have looked at many facilities and found Vantage Pointe Village to be the nicest. The setting is beautiful, the facility is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are topnotch. You would think that it is too far being in Ashland City but it is actually closer to us in Franklin than many others in Nashville. It takes me 30 minutes to get there but feels like you're out away from it all in the country.
Right at home!
reviewed on: 12/06/2016 by AnonymousThe staff has been good to my brother and he enjoys the food. The community is always kept clean and neat. They do offer a lot of activities and he was starting to get involved. This places residents were more like my brother. The community felt like a home and not a nursing facility.
Thank you !
reviewed on: 02/14/2020 by CKVery Clean! Each staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful. Needed guidance on my mom for dementia. The Director of Nursing was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had as this was all new to me. They helped me through a very difficult time. My mind is now at ease knowing my mom is taken care by a responsive staff.
Very Friendly Staff
reviewed on: 06/01/2016 by AnonymousMy wife is doing okay at this community, she is adjusting with the transition. The community is clean, everything is pretty well-kept. The staff is friendly, they are trying their best to care for her. I'am arranging some activities so for her, the community does offer activities. The food is okay. More than less I'am confident in the type of care she is receiving. I would recommend it, because it is not very expensive.
