Not very hospitable
reviewed on: 12/12/2017 by AnonymousI’d like to start off by saying that the rating I gave this facility is solely based on the intake nurse and not the facility itself. I got the impression from them, just from talking with her, that they didn’t want to take my Mom because of her memory care needs, even though the assisted living side of the same company referred us. The nurse that I spoke to was very curt with me every time we spoke. The assisted living side seems to be a bit more reasonable and welcoming than the nursing home
