Less Stress
reviewed on: 07/30/2020 by RosemaryI have lived at Brightwater for 9 years and I was looking for a Continuing Care Retirement Community. I was independent and wanted to stay that way, knowing the additional levels of care are available should I need them later. I have never regretted my move. I didn’t know anyone when I arrived, but everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I don’t have to stress about something not working because Maintenance will come and fix it and we have weekly housekeeping. Dining is such a social event at Brightwater. Before COVID the wonderful staff kept us busy with activities & exercise classes and have been very creative with keeping us engaged with social distancing. I worked for Johnson & Johnson doing research & development in the lab and am very interested in all of the information regarding the COVID19 virus. Brightwater has done a marvelous job respectfully keeping us informed and safe with restrictions, masks and social distancing.
Friendly Community
reviewed on: 07/13/2020 by LyleMy wife & I moved into Brightwater with our little dog, Nora. Our neighbors are friendly and the community is pet friendly. Several of our previous neighbors are already living at Brightwater. Rejuenate Salon is convenient being on site, and Mona is great with hair & nails. My wife loves the chicken quesadillas and all the shrimp dishes that are offered in the dining room. I am happy that I can order what I like from the menus and specials. Our move in experience with HTC was positive and maintenance takes care of everything else. It's hard to remember that I don't have to do the maintenance anymore.

Fantastic place!!
reviewed on: 02/21/2014 by Family MemberThey are staffed for nursing care, and memory care, rehab, and assisted living, and they are beautiful!! It's slightly more expensive than where we were, but they include things that we have to purchase ourselves now. We think they are well worth it. They are very friendly, they have a pool for physical therapy and rehab and things. The marketing director, Charlene Adelstone is wonderful. They have a four staff members to 24 patient ratio.
