Great Experience Every Time

They truly encourage a family-like atmosphere and respond well to resident's needs. The dining services does a great job as I have sampled the food a couple of times. I am a healthcare professional and would recommend this community to my family.
Not the Right Place
reviewed on: 09/12/2017 by AnonymousAssisted Living is not what my husband needed, he is going to a skilled nursing community. They were there when I needed a place for him. I have stayed over at the community for a few hours and it was a clean community. At times the staff did not come in right away when we used the push call button but they did try the best they could.
It's not a bad place
reviewed on: 04/20/2021 by WayneThe biggest issue I had was the amount of turnover in these types of places. I had no idea that the turnover was that great, from the director down to the worker bees. Because of the turnover, you really don't get to know them as well as you would like. There have been some exceptional ones, and there have been some that say they usually work at night and are just filling in because so and so quit. So you don't have the relationship you would have with them otherwise. And that's important. They're taking care of your loved one. In general, it's not a bad place. It just bothers me the amount of turnover they have. In general, they do do their jobs. I don't see a whole lot of extra. I would have liked to see more of a passion in that type of work. I know I personally couldn't do it. It's a tough job. Compared to what I've seen at other facilities, they do a good job keeping it clean. It didn't smell like other places I've been. But it's still not quite up to the standard I would think it should be.

I have searched numerous assisted living communities and find that Greenville Place is the best fit for my mom and dad. You can not buy the compassion and care that Greenville Place has.

reviewed on: 10/14/2020 by ScottyI truly enjoy the smiling faces that we see every time we come in. They have truly been a blessing during the covid experience. The executive director and RN call and inform us personally with any changes. To me means alot. They may not be the newest but they sure are the nicest. We are happy with everyone there.
