Wonderful place
reviewed on: 10/08/2021 by Skye VMy 96-year-old mom has been a resident of Twin Cedars since January, 2020 and loves it! From the first day when she was upset she would be staying, the staff immediately knew just how to engage her and by the time I’d finished filling out forms, she barely noticed I was leaving. The staff remarkably even protected each and every one from getting covid. You can’t go wrong choosing Twin Cedars. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place for my mom to live out her last years in happiness.
Virtual tour
reviewed on: 02/21/2021 by Lisa SToured here virtually. One of many tours. Had really high expectations because of there great reputation in the area. Really impressed at how nice the place was and how friendly staff were. Residents were having fun and seemed happy. Also noticed how clean the place was also. Very well priced as well especially comparing to places on the area , some places in Orange County were almost double. Either way, I clearly liked it and felt they deserved a review. Definitely choosing twin cedar when the time is right for mom.
Dad loves it
reviewed on: 02/26/2021 by DanigI orginally transferred my dad here from another place locallly that my dad was really not happy in. We truly never looked back since my dad has been in twin cedar. He loves it and they are so good to him. I can’t recommend them enough. They are an amazing resource to the community.
Incredible care, compassionate staff
reviewed on: 07/10/2020 by Jacob BogartI couldn't be happier with Twin Cedars and their amazing professionalism. In every single interaction with the staff, both myself and my mom have been treated with incredible respect and compassion. I was immediately impressed by the building. Beautiful rural setting and spotless clean. I visited at numerous times of the day and on holidays and the building never seemed understaffed. Mom and I were always able to find someone to help us with whatever we needed. Over time, I was on first name basis with many nurses and staff members. They take the time to acknowledge you and remember your concerns. I have been been tremendously impressed by the administration's response to the virus pandemic. They are taking it very seriously. I called the building and a nurse spent a great deal of time telling me about their preparations and new policies. Mom says she feels safe in their hands and i agree. I could not recommend this facility more if you want a safe, professional, and compassionate place for your family.
