My Mother is Doing Very Good Here

It is a good looking community, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is good, they have been helpful and kind. They do have activities available for the residents. The meals are good, she is pleased with the meals. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out great for us.
A Great Facility

On-site occupational and physical therapies were available. They were very happy at Alexandria Manor and enjoyed all the activities available to them. The facility made my parents feel like they were part of their family. My parents had excellent care at this facility and I would recommend it to anyone.
I recommend Alexandria Manor because they care!

I find that they are compassionate, caring and professional. Jackie and Kim who are administrators, not only bring a touch of class to facility. They’re never to busy to help if you have a question. You can depend on them to give you their attention, and the best care of your loved one, while taking charge of a full staff and many residents, during their busy day. My hats off to them and their entire staff ... Great Job!
Dedicated staff
reviewed on: 10/10/2018 by tint64This community actually consists of two buildings. An older part and a brand new building. Both offer above average sized rooms. Employees are long-term because the community is family owned and the employees like the family environment and the dedication of the owners. I've been going to this community for over 10 years and I typically find staff to be cordial and responsive, which cannot be said for others in this industry. There always seem to be activities going on and staff has always been engaging with residents when I visit. Overall, what residents receive for the price seems to be better than most other options.
Dedicated management
reviewed on: 10/10/2018 by tint64This community has a newer and an older side. The older side has large rooms and offer higher levels of service. The new side is beautiful and comfortable. I've worked with the management for over 10 years and I can attest to their dedication to the residents.
