reviewed on: 03/26/2020 by B RothHad a loved one in Memory Care who ended up overmedicated with less than two months. They were sent to Skilled Care sharing a room that was meant for one person. Set up to be transferred out via Emergency Room for a UTI that was never diagnosed by Luther Acres staff. Luther Acres had no intentions of taking our LO back yet they took thousands of dollars to hold bed space. We made numerous calls about missing hearing aids and personal items that were never returned. While LutherAcres looks like they have all of the high end amenities - the well being of residents and peace of mind of family members is their last priority.
