Anytime we have a concern it is addressed immediately and they explain how it will be fixed. We are so pleased with the love and care our loved ones are receiving. We finally have a peace of mind. The staff members do this because its a job, but they genuinely care for these residents are treat them like family. Also the location is very convenient for us to visit, and they are very open for families to visit.

When she first arrived the family was very concerned about her happiness & the transition from her home to senior living. Thankfully she engages regularly in group activities, devotional services, movie theater & art classes. She enjoys her fellow residents, the compassionate staff & the connectivity. We cannot say enough about Denny, Brittany, Kelly, Stacey just to name a few. I have noticed the staff seems very respectful of my Mother's needs and her day to day happiness. Whenever we have a question or concern Denny, Christine & Brittany & Kelly are always very helpful. My Mother enjoys her meals because of helpful kind dietary employees. My Mother's room is always kept very clean & the facility is decorated so beautiful with seasonal items which brightens up the residents days. It is such a relief to see Mom happy and taken care of thanks to the wonderful staff at Commonwealth.

reviewed on: 10/20/2021 by ThomasOur family had an in person tour and the community was really nice, but because of the size we thought it might be too overwhelming for our loved one. We also thought because its so big, the personal one-on-one care wouldn't be there as much. However, the community was still really nice and very clean.
