Excellent Experience
reviewed on: 11/13/2018 by AnonymousI disagree with most of the reviews on this site, My family member has lived there and the staff are genuine. They care about the residents and their needs. The food is delicious and I love how it is café style, they get a menu to choose what they would like to eat and if they don't like the choice for the day, they can choose from an alternative menu. The facility is very clean and the activities department has wonderful entertainment. The nursing staff is knowledgeable regarding the care of the residents. From what I have seen the staff is so friendly and inviting including the management. I would and I have recommended friends and family to consider moving a loved one into this facility.

The facility is always clean and a great effort is made to make sure the residents are happy and well cared for. The food is amazing and the staff makes meal times enjoyable. The activities department knows how to entertain! I would definitely recommend this facility as it gives you peace of mind knowing your loved one is in great hands.
Far Below Standard
reviewed on: 10/19/2018 by AnonymousTo say this place is poorly managed is a gross understatement. A couple good staff but the rest are totally inept. Management likes to take credit for fixing things that they caused to begin with. One very slow elevator for three floors. No way they could get everyone out of the building if needed to evacuate. Way too much fried and greasy food for old people. Very common for them to not take the people in wheelchairs down to eat. Cafeteria is supposed to be open til 7 but if you get down there anytime after 6 they are typically out of the special for the day and you may have to settle for a cheese sandwich.
