It's pretty nice, but communication could be improved.
reviewed on: 11/17/2014 by AnonymousThey are doing a pretty good job here. The internal communication between the onsite caregivers, and the nurse could be improved. It's a nice place, it's very clean, and the staff is friendly. There are some things that need to be worked out with a shared room, like where things are kept and such, just working out that balance. The activities are good, they offer both onsite and offsite activities. There have been a few meal requests that have been made that we have had to repeat a few times, but I think that goes back to their communication.

reviewed on: 04/08/2014 by DaveMy Mother has been in the assisted care unit of The Springs at Wilsonville for almost five months and I have been very pleased with the services and the overall facility. I have gone to visit my mother at all hours and have always been impressed with the staff and their attentiveness. My mother suffers from dementia and has unfortunately had several incidents that required special care or in some cases emergency services. I feel the staff have always done their best to keep me informed on the situations and done everything to keep her safe and comfortable. We will probably be moving my mother to the memory care unit in the future as her needs increase. The Springs also provides monthly Support Group Meetings for Families who are dealing with dementia that have been helpful and informative. Surprisingly, the meals that are served to the residents are well balanced and actually taste good. I am glad I chose The Springs for my mother and would recommend their care facility to anyone in need of a place for a loved one to live independently or in the assisted care area. I am also confident that when we move her to the memory care unit we will continue to have a positive experience.

If they do, I am sure this would be the place they would make their final decision on. My husband is adjusting to the move there slowly but he really enjoys it. He loves the staff and enjoys the food. I have absolutely no complaints at all about this community. It is exemplary!
