Great care
reviewed on: 06/18/2015 by RickWe have had three of our parents in care of Silvia. We could not be more happy. The price is reasonable, between $1500 and $2500 per month less than other facilities we have used. Presently my mother is in their care. She has been there 4 1/2 years on Hospice the entire time. She has wonderful care. Been in bed over 2 years, and no skin issues! I think that must be a record. Her needs are met and her care exceeds our expectations.

It’s been a real blessing to know he’s in good hands. They contact me regularly so their communication is very good. The place is nice, clean and well-kept. The food is good and it always smells so good there it makes me want to have lunch! He’s not active so doesn’t participate in any activities. The staff works with me as a partner in his care and eases my burden as I’m very busy so I’m very thankful for their help. I would highly recommend Silvia’s. And I give it a 4.8 out of 5 rating.

Both my parents were residents at Silvia and John's for 3 years, and in that time they were loved, respected and cared for in a most professional and dignified manner. Sylvia, her family and staff were always available to answer questions and kept me informed as needed. The facility is clean, well staffed and peaceful. The food is delicious and nutritious- the offer to sit and enjoy a meal in the dining room with family is a tradition- a welcome one at that! Sylvia and John's always felt like home to me.

reviewed on: 10/23/2015 by AnonymousMy mom loved it there I would definitely recommend it they are not a facility that does a lot of activities in my mothers case that was perfect. she loved the personal attention, friendliness, cleanliness and the food. rooms are pleasant and large and have their own bathrooms. It feels like a grand hotel in Eastern Europe when walking in.
they need a male caregiver who cares about recidents
reviewed on: 10/01/2015 by Anonymousthis place is great for female recidents male residents are not treated well. residents don't have activities are always in their room they only come out for meals. there's two caregivers a female and male onsite but when my father needs to use the bathroom Daniel is never where to be found or is sleeping in living room. i wouldn't recommend this place
