Didn't leave a good impression

The outside of the facility looked in good shape, but it looked like it needed a lot of repairs. There were torn pieces of rugs and chairs lying around. It looked very run down to me. I decided very quickly into the tour that this place wasn’t going to work for me or for my wife. The staff was very kind and the tour guide was generous with his time. We did have dinner with the tour guide but the dinner didn’t leave a good impression. This facility just didn’t meet our standards.
Fantastic Place to Stay

I've told others to consider moving here, because the people are friendly, the food is good, the place is clean, and it feels secure. You're well taken care of here - in fact almost too much! Like every place else, Covid has had dramatic effects. We've had several small outbreaks, and both times they lost staff. They've struggled to maintain staff since then. There have been some bumps in the road, but overall it's been a very good experience.
