Problems
reviewed on: 05/23/2017 by AnonymousI have lived at Spruce Point for several years. They have been and are currently short handed. Not enough care-givers or servers in the dining room. Being constantly short handed leads to mistakes in caring for residents and/or lack of quality care. It also leads to low morale among employees, which leads quality caregivers to quit. The dining experience is currently at a new low, both as to quality of food and service. The food is not very nutritious. Since Prestige Care took over management, quality of services has suffered. Corporate is only interested in money. We pay way too much for services and food that is lacking.
Worried about her mother
