Have sent a e-mail to Kim and just waiting for information on pricing etc. Have some questions as to support offered to my Mom-can a PSW be available every morning and evening to help with getting out of bed and dressed or is it expected that the people in the home manage on their own.

reviewed on: 08/19/2015 by AnonymousIt's very good. There are some issues with them staying on top of changing needs. The food is really good she really likes the food there. They keep it clean, and anything that happens they are right on top of it, if I bring something up, they handle it right away. I liked the openness of the facility and the ramps that they had. I felt like it was easy to get around in, and I think it's a great place. The staff are all real friendly, she has never had a problem with anyone. They have a big lobby area where a lot of things are going on, there are always people there.
Brief experience with The Erinview

However it was a very nice looking place, and the staff were caring and compassionate. They were very helpful in getting her room set up, and very accommodating and understanding in getting what we had paid refunded.
Heartless staff

When they feel it's time for your loved one to be transferred to another care facility they become very pushy and rude. They ruin every visit with your loved one and call you everyday. They will make sarcastic remarks to you about getting your loved one out of their place. I have enough emotions and stress about planning for my loved ones needs and they make it so much harder to handle.
