Community Reviews
Everything is excellent here
reviewed on: 11/03/2017 by AnonymousI love this community because everything we have asked the staff to do, they do it. I picked this place over others because everyone here is so friendly. I have had no problems thus far. The staff members are friendly, personable, and treat my friends very well. If there’s something we need, they get it immediately. The food is excellent and the chefs make creative meals. They really cater to the resident's tastes. The grounds themselves are clean. My friend’s rooms are cleaned and the beds are changed once a week. They also clean the bathrooms every other day. I really like that they have a lot of activities to keep them moving. There’s a calendar of things to do including bingo, trips to restaurants, going to the casino, and going down to the river. I could not be more pleased with this facility, they offer excellent care. I would absolutely recommend this community.
The Staff Are Very Good
reviewed on: 09/25/2017 by AnonymousMy mother-in-law is doing fine being in the assisted living part of the community. She has dementia and the staff have been great with helping her and the job of assisting her. The meals taste very good with a good selection to choose from. We have not had any problems and they take care of anything that we ask. The community is in a convenient location for both family to pick her up for appointments or to see her.
Thankful Dad calls “The Inn” his home
reviewed on: 02/26/2018 by Lin LutesAs I was talking with Debbie today, I told her Dad would miss lunch as he had a Dr. appointment. When we arrived back from the Doctors at 1:30 pm a box lunch was sitting on his desk along with 2 cookies. The staff at "The Inn" don't just work there...they have a passion to be there and take care of dad as if he is part of their family. My sister and I are so thankful Dad calls "The Inn" his home.

reviewed on: 08/30/2013 by EvelynIt's a nice facility and they have a lot of activities for the residents there. The only thing that I didn't like was that it seemed more like a nursing home. Other than that, we just went to do a visit so I don't know how the food is or anyting like that.
Not the best...
reviewed on: 02/27/2017 by AnonymousI was really liking The Fountains at Canterbury until I started to hear some things that were red flags. If I had heard one thing, then maybe I wo9uld have let it go but it was more like 5 different people telling me things. It gave me an uneasy feeling.
