BLESSED BY THE WOODLANDS
reviewed on: 11/26/2014 by AnonymousLove The Woodlands of Middletown. This is the perfect place for my loved one. The staff is fantastic, very open and friendly. I love the setting of the Woodlands in a family friendly neighborhood. The apartments are roomy and accommodating. There is a daycare across the street and the children come to The Woodlands for Halloween in costumes and also at Christmas to sing songs. There is music every week, Devotions daily, and other weekly activities. The facility itself is immaculate and cheery. My loved one likes the food and the staff. There is a nice smoking area with rocking chairs and heaters and is partially enclosed. The staff checks on residents every two hours 24 hrs/day. Feeling very blessed we found The Woodlands.
Review of The Woodlands Of Middletown
reviewed on: 08/01/2020 by AnonymousI've been impressed with safety measures taken during Covid pandemic. Thank you. I do have ongoing concerns about staff turn over and safety at the front desk. The door should be secured when no personnel are at the front desk, but I've often walked in and no one is there.
It looks good
reviewed on: 07/25/2017 by AnonymousThis community does require a thirty day notice if you are going to leave. They offer two areas for memory care. One is for early stages and the other is for the final stages. The second one is a locked area. They did try to offer some activities and the community is kept clean.

my experience
reviewed on: 03/23/2021 by SWThe community does a good job the get people situated and settled in. The communications from the community were good and they communicated almost daily. I would recommend this community to others but do your research. The only issue was with the billing at the end other than that the community did a good job.
