Seems like a nice place, but they are understaffed
reviewed on: 11/10/2014 by AnonymousWhile we are confident that my loved one is safe and getting his medications on time here, we're working through a few quality of life issues with them currently. They seem to be understaffed and they've just been a bit neglectful when it comes to things like bathing him, tidying up his room, doing the laundry, and emptying his trash. I had heard some very good things about Carriage Court from a few different sources, so I am hoping they are just dealing with some temporary staffing issues.

Loved this place. My only concern is...

The Director could not guarantee a room when Mom's funds run out, which would be in nine months. She did say there was only one person waiting and all other residents have no need for Medicaid.
Not as clean as it could be

But it was older and we were looking for more of a newer type facility. It wasn’t as clean as a few other places that I had already looked at, but it wasn’t bad. I think it was just because it was older. The rooms were big and it was a bright community. The residents we talked to seemed to like being there.
