Community Reviews
They need to get rid of the negative employees.
reviewed on: 04/07/2017 by JoeOld building but it was ok. After lost of complaints they were willing to work with you. Lots of hard feelings between nurses and nurses assistants. They did not work well as a team. And complained to me about there issues with each other. PT was not willing to help me. We needed to work together. I know my family member and they know their job WE SHOULD WORK TOGETHER. My family member was not successful at Brookshire but made great progress once we moved to new facility. PT was not very helpful. They would sit them in a chair and leave them alone and call it PT. Last but not least the cost is pretty high compared to others in the area. They nickle and dime you to death.
