Not everything is what it shows to be
reviewed on: 10/27/2016 by jstetsMy first impression was great during my visits! Everything seemed very nice and everyone was very pleasant and helpful! Shortly after the move I was able to see the flaws, dysfunction and how truly cold everyone is. The staff seems to turn away from extra attention which is dearly needed with the elderly! They ignore there needs and only do what is notably necessary! The laundry situation is a disaster. Clothes, shoes, bedding and personal items are lost or stolen. The cost of the facility is way overpriced for the service! Very disappointed!
