Impressive!
reviewed on: 11/16/2014 by Lisa, NF,NYI recently toured Tonawanda Manor and was extremely impressed by the facility, the bright atmosphere and the exceptional courteous staff! Right away, I could not wait to put my application in for my mother! I know she will be extremely happy there! It is a bright and very accommodating facility with a beauty parlor and even an ice cream parlor which my mother will love! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the dining room was beautiful, and although there is a wait list, as Mom does not have private insurance, it is worth the wait! ...Lisa, NF,NY
No issues

Accommodating staff, highly recommend
reviewed on: 05/13/2021 by Laura SWe chose this facility because they offered to pick my aunt up at the airport and are very willing to help in any way that they possibly can. She has been very happy and she has no complaints. They have been so helpful especially with me being distant and her needing extra assistance. They are still coming out of covid so all activities are not open, but I know they will start to open up as things relax more. She says that the food is fantastic and she really enjoys it. I would recommend to others.
Overall a good facility and that I would highly recommend it
reviewed on: 03/23/2021 by Chuck FFrom what we can see of the community it is very clean. Our loved one really is enjoying the meals and they are starting to bring back the activities they originally had. They have a board that lists the activities, and our loved one is really happy there.
The Staff Needs To Be More Attentive!!
reviewed on: 09/06/2016 by AnonymousMy loved one was not given all the proper care and attention they should have received. The staff communication was not great. Some of the meals were good others were not. On the weekends they only have two caregivers for everyone. That was not good because when you would go to visit a resident you could hear everyone needing help and the caregivers could not get to everyone on time. My loved one was not also receiving their medication like the doctor had ordered. My loved one enjoyed the activities offered they were very active. Overall the experience was not good.
