The residents tend to be more active and they get more responsibilty in terms of planning activities. They have a nice partnership with the hospital. They created their own agency for aides but it's ala carte so it's more independent rather than assisted. You buy in so it's a little more expensive, but you get a commitment for long term, right up to skilled nursing.
