Recommend Bristal at Sayville - Reflections
reviewed on: 08/02/2020 by Anonymous100% Recommend the Bristal at Sayville -Reflections section. First we had a tour with Denise Milligan, Director Of Community Relations, who answered our multiple questions. The place is clean, busy, and friendly. Another visit & follow-up questions were answered and they helped us with the paperwork. We brought my aunt from out-of-state. Everyone was helpful. Venessa A., Director of Reflections who is in charge of the Reflections unit and their staff are available, responsive, and friendly. My aunt is very happy there and likes the food.
A positive experience.

My experience with all concerned has been totally positive, with questions answered and problems addressed satisfactorily. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending The Bristal to anyone in need of such assistance,

It has been a relief for me and the family knowing that he is in the best of care. We just attended the thanksgiving family day and had a great time. Thank you to Greg and staff for putting together great music ,food ,fun and a fun day. My Dad really enjoyed the music and was responsive to all of it. Bob and Flo Schaefer
