Our experience during covid
reviewed on: 01/27/2021 by anonymousWhen it comes to the care services there has been many positive cases of covid, around 50%. Most of the meals are being delivered to their rooms, but our loved one does say the food is good. The residents are pretty much confined to their rooms since they are not able to participate in activities.

The staff is very compassionate, and they do a great job explaining everything that is going to be going on. We had a few difficult situations arise with my loved one, and I think they handled them all very well. Based on our experience I would recommend them.

We would not recommend this community to anybody
reviewed on: 02/17/2021 by Gene SOur loved one paid privately for a year, and she had a fall and fractured her neck. After screening her they said they would not able to take her back and care for her. No one can answer a question except for the administrator and they always seem to be unavailable. We were just very frustrated.
