reviewed on: 03/16/2014 by CarolereaMy mother has been in the facility for just over one week - and the Reflections unit has been open only for a few weeks. So far, everything has been really great, from the food, to the care-givers, to the room, and overall ambience. I am very happy.

reviewed on: 07/28/2016 by HelenMy mom has been living at The Bristal at Woodcliff Lake for six months now. The staff is always friendly. They take great care of her and everyone knows her well. They have gotten her to do things I never thought she would, like take exercise classes, and they seem genuinely interested in making sure she is happy and healthy. It was not easy getting mom to leave her home after 52 years. We looked at a lot of places. But this has worked out really well for everyone in our family. She is happy again, and we are thrilled for her!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all of the questions we had for them. We chose another community for a more intimate setting for my mom.
