reviewed on: 03/05/2014 by AnonymousGood appearance, clean, neat throughout. Saw only one activity (glee club) being actively attended, staff was friendly,love the size of the one bedroom unit with den and balcony. However, my present income is not ample enough to cover expenses.
A Warm, Caring, Friendly, Beautiful Place
reviewed on: 12/27/2014 by A Happy DaughterBrightview Greentree was by far the most caring, friendly, beautiful and nurturing place we visited during our search process and my mom is very happy there. She has found wonderful new friends that she lingers with over dinner because they have so much fun talking. She is in a large studio apartment in Assisted Living now (because she had a broken foot when she entered) and she is currently on the waiting list to move into a 1-bedroom Independent LIving apartment. The entire staff, from the delightful Senior Director to the daily support staff, are warm, friendly and caring, and always eager to do whatever they can to help. They set up a family dinner, a welcome dinner with an "ambassador" resident, and other entrance activities that removed much of the stress of a big move like this. They are quick to contact me whenever there is a concern about my mom's health and they are quick to respond to any special requests. We couldn't be happier with this new home for my mom!
Beautiful new community
reviewed on: 12/05/2013 by DaughterThis is a great place, and Mom is happy. They're expensive, but the service they provide is very good. I like the fact that it is a newer community. It looks beautiful from the outside, and very clean inside. All the staff I have dealt with have been nice, I was very pleased with them. From the first time we went there, the rental agent was great and the administrator is wonderful and caring. I do wish the bus trips to town were a bit more frequent.
The community is bright, fresh and crisp.

They have been through some management changes over the years and things are still going well. The management is responsive to the residents concerns. They have plenty of activities available. They keep the community in fantastic condition. The food is pretty good. The residents and staff have been great companions for mom. I would highly recommend this community.
