Community Reviews
Not impressed by our tour
reviewed on: 12/06/2013 by DaughterFor one thing, this location was just too big for Mom to be comfortable in. It would take too much of her day just getting too and from different parts of the facility. Also one big negative was that during our tour, which was 2 hours long, we only ended up seeing 2 staff members.
CARING ASSITED LIVING
reviewed on: 03/03/2015 by GUSTAVE MENZAK / WAYNE MENZAKI AM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON BEHALF OF MY FATHER, HE HAS RECEIVED EXCELLENT CARE REGARDING HIS MEDICAL CARE AND NUTRITION CONCERNS. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN I ACCOMPANY MY FATHER TO HIS DOCTOR'S, SHCH STAFF HAVE HIM DRESSED AND READY TO GO. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ME SINCE I LIVE OVER 60 MINUTES FROM THE CHERRY HILL FACILITY. FINALLY, THEY KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL HIS MEDS AND WHO THE ADMINISTERING PERSON WAS.
After two years and the members money runs out
reviewed on: 04/24/2015 by Susan T PaturzoMy dad is there and seems happy, he does like the food and the staff which is great for me since i am the single care giver and work in the city. I have one concern and it is in regard to a review that I did not get a chance to completely review , I think there were some negative tone to it. I started to read the review and when I went back to it it was gone. The main topic of the review is when the senior's money runs out the can continue to stay there using medicare/medicaid. That is one reason why spring hills was on my top list. i was assured that this would not be an issue. According to the review that I was able to read this is not the case, and this disturbs me. Spring Hills is a little higher than most places and i was led to believe that this ws the reason why. I will say it was not the only reason, i was pleased with what I saw.
Good experience

Very pleased!
reviewed on: 12/04/2013 by DaughterMy Mom really enjoys this community! It's well decorated, and the residents are friendly, alert, and ambulatory. She loves the crocheting group, and enjoys the on-site hairdresser. This was the first community we toured, and we came back to it after seeing numerous others. Mom would like it if the theater got movies more often, and if there were more trips out in a week. I also have had difficulties with the physicians that visit, I don't feel like they provide the same level of service our family doctor did.
