reviewed on: 11/16/2021 by DonaldThe care seems to be good. They're very attentive and helpful. Somebody is always popping in to see if my loved one needs anything. The design and the style of the place is very home-like. It's not industrial at all. The common rooms are like living rooms. She was very impressed with how it feels so welcoming. She tells me the food is good. And the cost seems in line with what other places in the area are charging.
It's a Good Place for Mom

Nice place overall, could be more attentive
reviewed on: 06/29/2015 by AnonymousOverall I think they've done a decent job at Bedford Falls. The facility is generally clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. However, I do think that they could be a bit more attentive and proactive in regards to the needs of the residents. Our loved one has been asking to get his ears checked for 2 weeks and so far nobody has started to get anything set up for him.
