The York General Hearthstone nursing home demonstrated blatant disregard for my grandparents care.
reviewed on: 02/22/2016 by TorieThis review is to help prevent anyone from experiencing the tragedy that my family experienced at the hands of the York General Hearthstone nursing home. I would never recommend this place nor would I ever place anyone I love in their care again. Their staff, though they boast great care, are incompetent with alzheimer and dementia patients, leaving them to wander and fall throughout their poorly monitored facility. My grandparent was left unattended by their incapable and inconsiderate staff long enough to fall causing critical injuries and then death. I want others to be wary so that this facility doesn't take what precious years you have left with your loved one like they did with mine.
