Community Reviews
Short Staffed
reviewed on: 05/04/2020 by AnonymousI think they are short staffed at Prestige. Things that are suppose to happen don't happen or are very delayed. Quality of food is not the best. When my mom first moved in the food was good but has gone down hill since she has been there.
Dad's time at the Prestige
reviewed on: 03/10/2021 by WardDuring the time our loved one was there our interaction with the administrator was very good, she was very professional and hopeful. When it came to the meals our loved one did say the portions were to big, and they didn't really make any changes to fix that or be more accommodating.
my review
reviewed on: 01/28/2021 by AnonymousThe community in the area are on lockdown, we are not clear on whether everything we are paying for is being done. I would definitely recommend this community to others. My mom felt like she didn't get an orientation or a welcome.
A Nice Place
reviewed on: 08/13/2020 by NancyThey are taking good care of my mom. My mom likes the food. The room sizes and layout of the community are good. They have limited outdoor space for the residents. Overall it has been a positive experience.
Visiting
reviewed on: 09/13/2021 by Brooke SResidents are mostly separated, isolated and given the least care possible. It’s not Assisted Living, it’s Control. Even Covid negative patients cannot have a normal life outside their room…and they’ve been vaccinated! Shameful and crooked.
