Community Reviews
Seemed like a nice place!
reviewed on: 07/21/2015 by AnonymousWe toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Westpark Village seemed like a very nice place, overall! The facility was well kept and clean, and the staff I met seemed friendly and caring. It's a smaller place, so the residents seemed to get a lot of one on one care. However, it was also fairly expensive.
Tour and care
reviewed on: 06/08/2017 by AnonymousI toured this community and was happy with the atmosphere and the staff of this nice community. We were able to get our questions answered on the care that is received. We like the menu of the meals that would have been offered. They had a list of activities for the residents. We would suggest a tour for families to see for themselves what is available for a family. They do charge for some of the other options that are needed for a resident.
Incredible care takers for the elderly
reviewed on: 07/12/2021 by SheriWe really love this community, there is not a person there who has not been helpful. Our father was only there for about a month, and we swear everyone works there are angles. Even though our father is no longer there, they have stayed very in-tune with our mother. The love and care they show her really stands out. There is so much to do there, the residents can keep as busy as they want or just relax. The food is great, and even during covid times they really did bend over backwards. We would highly recommend this community.
Relatively Smooth Transition
reviewed on: 07/28/2021 by LisaMy loved one has done well here. I would suggest the community to others for their loved ones. The food can be cold when delivered to the residents, in the dining room. The taste is great for my loved one, along with the service received. You have to make appointments online to see your loved ones in the community.
I would recommend
reviewed on: 05/19/2021 by AprilWe chose Westpark Village because the base price was cheaper and my son works within the corporation so it made it more personal. The room sizes are very nice and spacious. The staff seem to be very helpful, my mom really likes a specific couple of them, so we have been pleased with the care. My mother is as happy as she can be here and I would recommend them
