They Do Everything Well
reviewed on: 08/26/2015 by AnonymousWell I think that they do everything well at Richmond Terrace. My only complaint would be is that I wish they would provide some transportation for the residents; like to and from doctor's appointments and the like.
Very Welcoming
reviewed on: 03/27/2015 by AnonymousNo longer at Richmond due to her falling but the facility is nice Clean very friendly staff; bright atmosphere; good indoor and outdoor places to sit and visit. Very welcoming would like for my mom to go back but can't due to her level of care not being independent any longer.
So impressed with Richmond terrorist
reviewed on: 03/05/2021 by Mary HMy sister Becky lived at Durberg House. We found out at the last minute they were closing the home. I had to find a place for Becky in two weeks before I went to Florida for a month. I called Tracie Stuckey. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She met with me talk me through the process and what I needed to do. I can’t tell you what a nightmare all of this was for us until I met Tracie and found out what a great community Richmond Terrace was. Abby, the social worker, is working with Becky to get everything changed over for Social Security. Tracie went way beyond her job to help me out. Becky moved there on the 23rd. She is so happy there. The staff goes out of their way to help her. She loves the food. I am just so impressed with everyone at Richmond Terrace. They made the transition so easy. We went from being panic stricken to feeling 100% confident in the decision we made. I was impressed with the doctors assistant, who called me and introduced himself.
Lovely inside. Liked that ...
reviewed on: 10/02/2013 by A Place For Mom CustomerLovely inside. Liked that there were outside garden areas that from small apartment the resident could open sliding glass door. Seemed very clean. Dining area nice. Like the common area where a resident could always get something to eat at any time. Witnessed activities going on. Katrie was very nice and knowlegable.
Professional and caring home
reviewed on: 03/05/2021 by MaryRichmond Terrace is a lifesaver for us. Where my sister is staying they closed the home. I had to find a place for her fast. [name removed] Went out of her way to help me get [name removed] into Richmond Terrace. I toured the home and found it to be wonderful. All the staff I met were so friendly and caring. Every time I send [name removed] an e-mail floor of questions she would answer immediately or call me. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to find a home that really cared about my sister and her needs. She loves the staff, the food and her new home. I know [name removed] will be happy here and well taken care of. I am so grateful to all the staff especially [name removed]. She made this very difficult transition so easy. I am grateful to Richmond Terrace and their staff.
