Provided Great Supervision
reviewed on: 01/18/2017 by AnonymousFor what they were doing with assisted and independent living their expertise was there. They checked on my mom and monitored her, they went out of their way. They were awesome, if they had more memory care I would have left her there. We needed a memory care.

My Mother-in-Law describes this as her "Perfect Place"
reviewed on: 08/20/2019 by Jacque LyonsMy Mother-in-law moved in very recently, but seems to be adjusting very well, and is very happy. This is extremely significant, because she really resisted moving into Assisted Living. Her rooms are very nice; the facility is of modest size, but warm and friendly; the staff and the services they provide are superb. We are able to work very effectively with the staff from a distance, which is vital to us, because nearest family is 400 miles away. We're in the loop, and the staff has made us part of her care team. We are so grateful!! And she sounds absolutely chipper!!
So far so good
reviewed on: 09/21/2021 by DennisWe are in the learning curve stage. They have had some turnover in staff and having a hard time hiring which I understand. The staff I have met have been very friendly and helpful. They do seem like they have a lot of activities available for residents to participate in. The only complaint I have is they have no parking lot for visitors. I would recommend them to others looking.
Review of The Pines Assisted Living
reviewed on: 05/08/2018 by Sophia SlettenWhile my sister was at the Pines she often said how nice the facility was and that she liked it there very much. As her condition changed, the Pines did not have the extent of care she needed. She needed a memory care home.
