reviewed on: 01/03/2014 by Son-In-LawThat is just like Sunrise, it's an excellent place. He had excellent care there the whole time. I would recommend that for anyone, and I was actually trying to get my mom in there but it was too far away from the rest of our family.

The guide was able to provide me with very knowledgeable details about the community. After seeing the location, we found that it is outside our proximity.

reviewed on: 12/29/2014 by AnonymousThey do a really good job keeping me informed of how he is doing, and I know that he is happy there and is getting really good care at The Villages of Lonsdale. One area where they could improve would be the activities. They have some, but they need more and wider variety. He kind of needs to be kept busy, as do the other residents.

Mom enjoys the exercise class three times a week as well as bible study and working puzzles in the main room. The community is super clean and housekeeping is available to clean your apartment. I would recommend this newer community.

Any requests I've made to the housekeeping or maintenance services have been handled quickly. It's a nice looking, clean community and all of the staff have been very friendly and helpful.
