Super excited!
reviewed on: 02/18/2016 by AnonymousWe have yet to move in although our place is ready. We've been to tour the community and it is a top notch place rated 2 in the state. While touring we were able to enjoy a meal and the food was very good! We are super excited about the move!
Unfortunate Timing for Our Parents Due to COVID
reviewed on: 10/26/2020 by MichelleThe day to day staff is great, the administration is ok. The food was amazing. It is a nice property. My parents had a great view and the largest apartments on property. The woman who dealt with invoicing, and nursing was poor to respond to my loved ones questions and concerns. My loved ones had to escalate the questions and concerns to get any questions answered. The cleaning staff was a quick cleaning, and seemed to only vacuum. I'm not sure if this was because of COVID. The maintenance team was excellent. The RAs were kind and loving. My parents were only there for five months. I would recommend this community to others. Due to COVID-my parents didn't get to do any of the activities, or meet other residents during their Stay.
A great place for mom
reviewed on: 08/30/2021 by Amy KFacilities are excellent. great location. The staff have been very accommodating and overall very happy. Would certainty recommend. The meals are very good. The care services are good my father was on hospice there. They were good with him we just had to remind them about his medications from time to time.

Unmet Expectations
reviewed on: 03/02/2015 by Ingrid NelsonThis is a new facility in Lakeville. With memory care and a locked facility it is what my Mother needs. More promises were made, that haven't materialized. I'm not sure if the housing person understood what happens in memory care or what they hope does. Not enough mental stimulation, not enough bible study, they promised weekly church also... This hasn't happened. All of these things are vitally important to my Mother, I would have looked elsewhere had I known what they told me was not true. Too much TV time!
