Community Reviews
A decent care at a reasonable price.
reviewed on: 11/30/2020 by AnonymousWhen you are calling to check in on your loved one, often times it is very difficult to get a hold of someone. The rooms are a pretty good size, and the furnishings are okay, however somewhat outdated. The food they serve is okay.
Toured, not the best fit for us
reviewed on: 01/25/2016 by AnonymousI toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Crystal Springs was a nice enough looking place, but I don't think it would have been a good fit for my loved one. When I visited it appeared most of the residents were in the TV room in chairs with blankets napping, and my loved one just isn't at the point where she would want to nap in the middle of the day, she needs somewhere a little more active.
Great Visit!
reviewed on: 01/13/2020 by Abi WhoteI was there today for a family gathering. It was clean, smelled good and my grandma was happy! I would highly recommend.
Wish they had worked
reviewed on: 10/23/2013 by jVisited facilities that appeared wonderful, however, they could not accept mom with the medical problems that she had. Wish there had been a way to screen those out ahead of time.
Comfortable and Affordable
reviewed on: 03/01/2019 by MaryThe cleanliness, special programs for their residents, comforts of home, affordability, and friendly staff make a fantastic place for those needing the extra compassion for their loved one.
