Wonderful facility!!
reviewed on: 03/06/2017 by Sheila D.I cannot express enough how amazing our experience has been with the Royal at Harwich Village. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and so caring. When we went for our first visit , we were very impressed with the facilities and all the activities they have available for the residents. We met with Julie Wagner, RN, Executive Director, and she was so compassionate and understanding regarding what a difficult thing it can be to place a parent in assisted living. The food is wonderful , and the apartment my mother has is lovely. They are so kind and generous with their patience, and on night one, my mother said she loved it there. I could not be more pleased!
staff there are so friendly
reviewed on: 10/03/2015 by AnonymousShe really likes Royal at Harwhich Village. The staff there are so friendly. The facility is small and I like that. I have nothing that they could improve on. Overall it has been a good experience.

The director has been a pleasure to work with, she has been very accommodating and supportive throughout the whole process. Things were a little rocky at the start, but they adjusted quickly and my loved one has settled in very well!

The staff are very caring people with great hearts and remain professional in there work. The meals they serve are beyond excellent with lots of variety and great taste. The activities they have are just right for her and create a wonderful social environment.
was okay - seemed a little ...
reviewed on: 10/08/2013 by A Place For Mom Customerwas okay - seemed a little small (room size) like an old Victorian house - narrow halls, small living spaces. Was not under the impression that their activities were too extensive.
