A wonderful community
reviewed on: 07/12/2017 by AnonymousI have eaten at this community and I think the food is good. They do have smaller portions, however the dining room is open all day. The staff are wonderful and attentive. They keep the community well taken care of. They offer daily activities. They have larger rooms with high ceilings and I would recommend this community.

All of our interactions with Bellavita were very pleasant, the staff were all friendly and helpful. We also got a few glowing personal recommendations from friends for this place!

Another Sunny Day at the Enclave
reviewed on: 06/24/2021 by Maryann CI have already told people that I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community has worked with us due to some circumstances in the beginning due to some rehab of my loved one. I wish there was another level of care between assisted living and memory care. It is an awesome community overall. The staff genuinely care about the residents. The communication is great with the staff. The are private pay; however, the community will help match up your loved one, if the time comes that you need that. The community celebrates the resident's birthdays, along with movie nights and more for activities.
A well-managed and caring facility
reviewed on: 02/07/2019 by Mark RiouxI brought my Wife to live at Atria in Scarborough after the first of the year. She is 59 years old with early-onset alzheimer's. She was first diagnosed in 2012. It was a very difficult time but I could no longer find a care-giver to stay in our home when I had to travel for business and she requires full care. Fortunately, I had visited Atria several times in the previous month and brought my wife there for the activities so she would get to know the staff and they would get to know her. As difficult as this period of time has been, I have been 100% happy with the staff and facilities. They have a warm and caring environment. I still use this facility primarily for daycare....I bring her in the morning and pick her up at night after work, but she has her own room and stays there when I travel. She is well taken care of and she loves it. Finding great facilities such as Atria is very difficult since there is a lack of online ratings for all facilities, but my research and up-front planning was well rewarded and I couldn't be happier. I would also like to thank Katlin, Lisa and Sherry for helping my wife and I through this process.
