Community Reviews
wonderful place
reviewed on: 06/19/2015 by AnonymousSo far everything with The Trace Senior Community has been very good. My dad has dementia and he can have a little violent behavior, and they are dealing with it well for the most part. It has been a challenging situation and there are some questions I have as we work through things, but we are all working together to achieve the best outcome. Otherwise, I think it is really a wonderful place. My parents both really like it. We just need to get my dads medications right and everything to get him under control and everything will be perfect.
Meals Can Improve
reviewed on: 11/12/2014 by AnonymousThe one area I can think of that they can improve on is their meals. The meals often sound good but don't taste as good when we get it. Very clean and friendly place.
Would recommend
reviewed on: 09/28/2021 by anonymousWe chose The Trace because of the size of the facility, it is not too big and not too small .We also really liked the staff members. The room sizes here are huge, they are double the size of anything else that we looked into. They have had a couple covid lock downs and they did a good job trying to manage that. I would recommend to others looking.
Very friendly workers
reviewed on: 08/25/2021 by Helen HI like the workers here, they are very friendly, especially the day workers. The meals and dining right now are not the best, we just got out of a lock down and during the lock down there was a few times i did not receive breakfast. When I would receive breakfast it was served to close to lunch time. The activities are also still pretty limited right now.
Not great but acceptable
reviewed on: 12/15/2020 by Elizabeth KinsleyI would tell others that I do think there is an issue with the quality and variety of the food menu, I have to bring her food from home a lot. The activities here seem to be limited, the only thing they really have to do is bingo so the residents get bored. I would say it is not a place for a very active senior. Overall, I would recommend this community. I think it is a reasonable value for what you pay and I know that she is safe and secure here.
